Mix flour, eggs and olive oil in either your breadmaker, food processor, etc. If the mixture is too crumbly add small quanties of water until the dough has the preferred texture.
Leave for around 15 minutes at room temperature and then roll out or put through the pasta machine.
This should make sufficient pasta for approximately 6 adults. It may be stored in a dry, cool place for 2 weeks.
